Establishing New Media Strategies For Rare Disease Patients
In this case study, Klick Media was tasked with finding solutions for rare disease patients that are difficult to qualify via traditional approaches, while not being able to utilize historical targeting approaches on a key social platform.
The multi-pronged solution employed multiple datasets to identify and reach the desired target audience, while activating third-party health claim models within specific social media platforms to drive focused scale to high-qualified audiences. Additionally, the strategy used first-party data solutions to re-engage audiences who have an established relationship, while also developing look-alike models. Finally, Klick Media utilized location-based targeting directed at various signals.
Based on these actions, the third-party datasets we employed delivered the highest number of site sessions and site actions; site visits increased 58%, site actions increased 49%, and there was a reduced cost-per-site visit and cost-per-site action by 47% and 43% respectively.
Expanding Brand Awareness Through Patient-Focused Support
This case study examines alternative solutions in a situation where an HCP does not view a brand in question as an accompaniment for primary treatment.
Klick Media focused on pivoting from HCP-focused media support to patient-focused support in order to drive demand. That data was used to target select healthcare providers. Additionally, Klick Media, creative, and science and regulatory teams worked in tandem with the client MRL team to develop a creative campaign that would address several patients. Finally, a media campaign was developed that served over 2,000 message elements via AI-driven dynamic creative optimization.
This strategy increased key site actions by 115% in only two months by focusing activity in key local markets in addition to national media support.
